Due to unprecedented times, Total Fitness Training will be extending their services to be more accessible in the current climate. I have been helping clients get fit and lean since 2010 and now we are offering online personal training to anyone that would prefer a remote fitness solution in the comfort of their own surrounds.

 

 

Total Fitness Training has 14 years of experience and I can tailor to all your fitness requirements. I have worked and trained in a wide range of different environments. Including gyms, boot camps, trained small and large corporate groups. 

 

My vast experience in personal training has given me a wonderful selection of training methods and tools that I can incorporate into our virtual fitness sessions.

  • Body Weight Strength Movements

  • Supple Strength with Pilates and Yoga exercises

Each virtual session varies depending on each clients individual goals and abilities. A session lasts about 45min. I am there entirely with you during your online personal training session so I will be constantly re-enforcing technique, encouraging and motivating you to make sure that you are challenged and pushed to your limits.

 

You set your appointments like our normal PT sessions, the only difference is the session takes place via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype and WhatsApp.

What to expect from Virtual Training

 

A virtual session will start with a warm-up for about 5min as we demonstrate the movements and technique and then complete our dynamic stretches to prepare for the main workout.

 

Once we have warmed up, we will then move on to the training session which will last for 35-40min. Just as if I am there in the room with you, I will demonstrate all exercises via our virtual session, and I will be there helping correct and review technique and posture throughout your workout.

 

Once the workout is complete, we will stretch you down for 5 minutes and then review the session and discuss your progress and nutrition for the week.
