Real-Time Virtual Training
Due to unprecedented times, Total Fitness Training will be extending their services to be more accessible in the current climate. We have been helping clients get fit and lean since 2010 and now we are offering online personal training to anyone that would prefer a remote fitness solution in the comfort of their own surrounds.
As advised by the Department of Health and World Health Organisation exercise strengthens the immune system. It is important for your overall health to keep moving, keep healthy and strong.
Total Fitness Training has 11 years of experience and our trainers can tailor to all your fitness requirements. We have worked and trained in a wide range of different environments. We have trained in gyms, we have organised boot camps, we train small and large corporate groups and have trained thousands of clients in parks and in their living rooms. Our vast experience in personal training has given us a wonderful selection of training methods and tools that we can incorporate into our real time virtual fitness sessions.
Some of our training methods include:
Each real-time personal training session varies depending on each clients individual goals and abilities. We are entirely there with you during your remote online personal training session so we will be constantly re-enforcing technique, encouraging and motivating you to make sure that you are challenged and pushed to your limits.
You set your appointments like our normal PT sessions, the only difference is the session takes place in real time via Skype, WhatsApp and Facetime.
A typical remote fitness session will start with a warm-up for about 5 minutes as we demonstrate the movements and technique and then complete our dynamic stretches to prepare for the main workout.
Once we have warmed up, we will then move on to the training session which will last for 35-40 minutes. Just as if we were there in the room with you, we will demonstrate all exercises via our remote session, and we will be there helping correct and review technique and posture throughout your workout.
Once the workout is complete, we will stretch you down for 5 minutes and then review the session and discuss your progress and nutrition.
